Jane moore academy of ballet is one of melbourne's leading, tap and hip hop dance styles plus musical theatre, lyrical jazz, jazz, offering training in classical and contemporary ballet, most highly recognised and acclaimed ballet schools for young dancers, acrobatics and core strengthening classes. Classes are designed to develop, supporting those aspiring to professional and vocational careers in the performance arts as well as those who dance for fun, challenge and extend students, fitness or just for the love of dance.

The Jane Moore Academy of Ballet was established in 1987. Since then, the Academy has earned an industry reputation for teaching excellence with students from the Academy regularly auditioning and being accepted into the Australian Ballet School. There were also multiple student invitations to audition for To p Class and multiple students participating in the Top Class Performance. Outstanding results! Jessie was one of the 30 performers chosen from more than 170 students who performed in the Top Class concert series. 'Her dedication to dance has seen her master solid techniques and also excel in the VCR end year at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School.

Jane Moore Academy of Ballet Teachers are all highly qualified, experienced and committed to the development and training of all students accommodating to labor toward attaining their brief and lengthy term goals whether they include dancing for fun, fitness or aspirations for a professional career in dance or the performing arts industry. Students taking classes in dance styles other than ballet (i.e. jazz, tap etc) are grouped as in their RAD smooth to facilitate a timetable that will permit all students to attend classes in all dance styles. 2017 Scholarships are being offered to talented male dancers at the discretion of the Principal. Maximum students studying for their Major levels will take 2 years before they receive an exam and others only 1 to 1 years. In the Major levels, purely classical labor is studied, with point included for females. Dancers must have adequate strength in the feet, ankle, leg, knee, and abdomen (core), as healthy as strong technical skills, before first point work. Coaching Classes are offered to selected students, providing excellent training for those wishing to receive their dancing more seriously. New jazz dance continues to be an essential element of musical theater and it can often be seen in music videos and competitive dance. Students taking classes other than ballet (Jazz, Tap etc) are grouped as in their RAD smooth to facilitate a timetable that will permit all students to attend classes in all dance styles. This is a great opportunity for Academy students to try something that’s really merriment and hard with the potential to dramatically improve flexibility and alignment, core strength, muscle development and body tone as well as yield students with the skills to perform dance stunts and tricks in competition and concert performances. Coaching will be offered at the teachers’ discretion, subject to the availability of a time exterior regular class times. Programs are designed to develop, resist and extend students, supporting those ambitious to professional and vocational careers in the performance arts as healthy as those who dance for fun, fitness or impartial for the love of dance. Aida has worked with professional companies and leading training institutions as an adviser, teacher and choreographer for more than 28 years. Behind 24 years of dancing with the Australian Ballet, 20 of them as principal artist, Steven shifted his focus to education and coaching within the company, as well as taking on character roles. Beth has been teaching Contemporary and Jazz in local dance schools for 4 years to students of a range of abilities including choreographing troupes and solos for Eisteddfods. Suzanne is passionate about her art with a penchant for detail, Suzanne is ideally capable to nurturing and developing our youngest Academy dancers and to inspiring them with a love of dance and performance. Natalie has danced since the age of three and performed in many dance Eisteddfods throughout Victoria, competing in various styles of dance and winning Championship titles in Tap, Jazz Classical Sections. It was here that she developed her love for dance and was trained with technical precision and style.
